The pirate adventure continues…
Dear parents,
This has been a short, yet very busy week. And our pirate experience got even more exciting!
Here’s why – we learned of the existence of the Corona Dragon, a five-headed dragon who is an enemy to all pirates…but more importantly, we learned how to defeat him. We have 5 weapons that help us in our fight against him – armour (facemask and gloves), castle (safe place), distance, clean hands and disinfectant. ;-)
But what’s more – the dragon kidnapped our very own pirate princess, and we knew we had to go rescue her! We followed our map (the one we found in Villa Luna last week), and after a while, we started finding clues the princess left for us (some strands of her long golden hair). We found our princess trapped in some bushes, but we managed to get her free. And she gave us a yummy reward. :-)
We’ve been doing a lot of other things too – we’re getting much better at our pirate yoga and pirate songs that we practice every morning during our circle time. And we’ve done puzzles, games, mazes, crafts…and searched for golden coins hidden in a pile of flour! That was fun! We’ve also gone outside every day to get some sun and fresh air.
And by the end of the week, Easter had arrived at Villa Luna. And with it Easter activities – like our Easter bunny hunt in the garden (finding little bunnies with numbers) and our Easter bunnies made from socks and rice…we’re quite proud of them!
We hope you have a lovely Easter!
