News from Cubs

Dear all,

Welcome to another week with the Cub class. We are more than happy to show you the work that we have done during this week. We are really proud of it 😊

This week we are still going with “Čiperka the Squirrel and his friends” unit. We are learning about Autumn and nature in general, what we can find there and some characteristic that Fall has. We have learned so much already!

After going on many walks outside, observing the trees and their leaves, we decided to make our own autumn tree, using red, orange, yellow and brown colours. This project gave us the chance to start learning some of the colours as well. Currently, we are trying to recognize red and brown.

As the weather is getting colder and colder, we have started noticing that there is no sun anymore up in the sky, but only clouds.

Our little Cub friends love forest animals, learning how they walk, the sounds that they make. We spent a lot of time playing and did many sorting activities with them.

As every Friday, we spent our morning at the gym. There we had so much fun running, jumping, sliding and of course dancing.

Our class got a new friend this week. We are more than happy to welcome him in our group! 😊
